Biography
I'm Creative Director at WonderBoxEdu Ltd and a digital artist known for my work as Wizard Keen on Wonder Quest. I use games like Minecraft to create playful learning experiences for children and communities.
My Fellowship focuses on visiting island-based digital hubs in Iceland, Japan and New Zealand to explore how creative technologies can support sustainable futures. I'm particularly interested in how these hubs integrate culture, community and climate-conscious innovation.
My goal is to use this research to inform the development of a renewable-powered creative tech hub in Orkney - Hoxa Futures Hub - which will serve as a studio, data centre and cultural space for local and global creatives. I hope to inspire new models for rural innovation that merge play, storytelling and environmental stewardship.
