Biography
I am Head of Operations at Enable Works, Scotland's largest provider of disability employment services. I oversee national programmes that support thousands of disabled people into meaningful and sustainable work, while helping employers build more inclusive workplaces. With over 15 years' experience in inclusive employment, I've worked with government bodies, employers and third sector organisations to drive positive change. I am passionate about closing the UK's disability employment gap and creating a labour market where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
My Fellowship will explore how countries with high disability employment rates, such as Canada, Sweden, Germany, Norway and Switzerland, have developed effective policies, employer engagement strategies and support systems. I hope to bring back practical, evidence-based solutions that can influence both frontline practice and national policy, ensuring the UK becomes a leader in workplace inclusion for disabled people.
