Biography
I work in the built environment sector, including on major projects, originally as a bio-engineer restoring landslides in the Himalayas and colliery spoil tips before moving into sustainable development, including as Head of Legacy and Sustainability for the London and Rio Olympics.
I am very interested in how leadership and innovation on building projects is helping to improve the quality, speed and performance of construction projects in China and Japan, including addressing issues like carbon emissions, water use, biodiversity loss, clean air and waste.
I want to bring lessons back to the UK to share with the construction industry.
