Biography

I design and deliver enterprise and employability programmes for people in prison through The Inside Academy. My Fellowship focuses on prison entrepreneurship and peer mentoring - exploring how self-employment and lived experience support rehabilitation and reduce reoffending.

Having been through the system myself, I know how difficult it can be to rebuild a life after prison. That's what drives me to find practical solutions that offer real second chances. I hope to learn from international best practice and bring new ideas back to the UK, helping more people inside turn their potential into purpose.
