Biography

I'm a learning designer, facilitator, coach and systems thinker. I'm currently based in Wellington, Aotearoa New Zealand.

My Churchill Fellowship explored different cultural frames for models of change-making, continuing an enquiry I began with post-graduate research questioning our fascination with 'heroic' entrepreneurs.

My Fellowship research resulted in many new professional relationships and gave me new tools and language for my work. I have applied my learnings in many situations, including to a 'systems change' programme for frontline workers and contributing to British Council projects.

I am now based in Aotearoa New Zealand, and continue to play an active bridging role between thinking and practice both here and in the UK.
