Biography

I'm a researcher and dyslexia specialist. I work across research, assessment and consultancy to support young people with specific learning difficulties - especially those who don't quite fit the boxes we're often asked to tick.

My Fellowship focuses on how we can better support neurodivergent girls and young women (aged 16-25) as they move from school into higher education or work. I'll be exploring international approaches to see what's working elsewhere, and what we might adapt for the UK.

I've spent years listening to young people, and I've seen first-hand how easy it is for girls to slip through the cracks - especially when their strengths mask their struggles. Through this Fellowship, I want to build something better: support that's genuinely useful, and based on real-life needs and experiences.
