I am Director of People at United Bible Societies, a global membership organisation active in 148 countries.
The main topic of my Fellowship was focused on people living with dementia, identifying best practices globally, and investigating the role of creative arts in enhancing their life experience.
Professionally, I was employed in the healthcare sector, responsible for initiatives for staff engaged in the delivery of care, support and culture for people living with dementia. The impact within the organisation changed care delivery models, and within the wider community we offered advice to other organisations, church and community groups.
