Biography

Passionate about designing and delivering programmes that promote gender equality, I have several years' experience leading and advising on projects and policies which support social entrepreneurship and encourage women's economic empowerment. I am currently a private sector gender advisor with Oxfam. My Fellowship focused on youth and entrepreneurship in Brazil and the role it can play in transforming communities. Recent projects include the development and delivery of a social impact incubator with a gender lens in Brazil, and being awarded an Action Fund grant to deliver an enterprise support programme for female social entrepreneurs of colour disproportionately affected by the pandemic in the UK. My interests are focused on gender equality and equity, women's economic empowerment, youth engagement, social entrepreneurship, connecting with diverse cultures and people, music and dance.
