Biography

I am an executive coach with The Preston Associates. It's a joy to work with talented leaders who want to do the very best for their people and the businesses they lead.

In 1992, two special things happened – I married my husband Ronan and I completed my Churchill Fellowship. This life-changing year led to the establishment of Winston's Wish, which aims to give hope to children when a family member has died. The charity's work can be seen at winstonswish.org.uk.

My book You Will Be Okay was published in 2021 by Hachette. It provided a wonderful opportunity to capture all the learnings from families I had met through Winston's Wish.

I am a passionate supporter of the Churchill Fellowship. It has evolved and strengthened in the almost 30 years since my own Fellowship and it has shaped my life in so many ways.

O, B and E were my (not-so-brilliant) A-level grades and my OBE later in life was a direct connection to the learnings gained from my Fellowship. I am deeply grateful.
