Biography
I am a civil servant working on delivering housing and regeneration in the North and the Midlands. I'm pursuing a Fellowship exploring how we can track investment into a home to calculate equity in real time and potentially open up a more liquid and accessible property marketplace. As home ownership becomes increasingly out of reach to many, especially the young, I'm driven to explore new avenues to make it on to the property ladder, building on 'tokenisation' approaches via blockchain being pursued in the USA and parts of Europe.
