I am a dance and health artist, researcher and trainer at Conscious Bodies. A Fellow of 2014 (Arts and Older People), I specialise in dance for people living with Parkinson's, with a focus on one-to-one and group work in community groups, people's homes, gardens and places of personal connection. Through my Fellowship, I explored dance and Parkinson's practice with companies and individual practitioners in New York and California.

I am specifically interested in somatically informed, one-to-one, co-creative and home-based dance practice as a unique response to supporting health and self-care in the Parkinson's community.

I am also a recipient of the Lisa Ullmann Award (2012), the Rebecca Skelton Research Award (2013) and the Stanley J Wertheimer Fellowship Program at Dance for PD (2012).
