Biography
I'm a barrister working at the intersection of law and emerging technology, specialising in intellectual property, data protection and AI. Building on the work I did during my MSc at the University of Oxford, my Fellowship will explore how AI can simplify legal processes and improve access to justice for individuals and small businesses who struggle with the complexity and cost of the legal system. I'll be learning from countries like Canada, Singapore and Estonia - global leaders in legal tech and responsible AI use.
With experience in both private practice and in-house legal roles, and academic research at Oxford focused on generative AI, I'm passionate about using technology to create a fairer and more inclusive justice system. Through this Fellowship, I aim to develop ethical, AI-driven tools that reduce legal barriers and support real-world pilot projects in the UK to ensure justice is accessible for all.
