Biography

I’m a social entrepreneur working across Greater Manchester to improve services for children, families and communities. I’ve spent over 15 years leading work in health, social care and public service reform - always with a focus on community power and innovation. My Fellowship will explore how community-led models of foster care - like Together California’s ‘Our Village’ - can create stronger, more loving systems of support for children in care. I’m passionate about making care feel less like a service and more like family. I hope to bring new ideas back to the UK to help transform foster care into something more relational, humane and hopeful.
