Her session, Making Hope Possible: Whole-School Strategies for Belonging and Mental Wellbeing, shared findings from her Churchill Fellowship exploring whole-school mental health approaches in Australia and the USA.
Drawing on international practice and her own experience teaching in a deprived UK community, she explored how schools can foster emotional safety, dignity and belonging through proactive, inclusive strategies.
