Alison O’Connor (CF 2016) published an article in the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy’s (BACP) Thresholds journal exploring the impact of moral injury on people working in helping professions.
The article discusses Reflect and Renew, a programme co-created with fellow Churchill Fellows Sophie Eleanore Redlin and Simon Edwards, drawing on their collective Fellowship learning and evaluated in partnership with the International Centre for Moral Injury.
