Arabella Tresilian (CF 2024) presented findings from her Fellowship to staff at Children's Hospice South West, exploring culturally responsive communication and conflict resolution in palliative and end-of-life care.
Drawing on learning from India, Peru, and South Africa, she discussed how recognising people's cultural backgrounds, values, and experiences can help improve conversations and reduce distress for patients and families.
