Before the supper Lord Bew, who is Emeritus Professor of Politics at Queen's University Belfast and Chair of the House of Lords Appointments Commission, spoke in detail about Sir Winston Churchill’s impact in Northern Ireland.

The event was the first in-person event hosted by Fellows since the pandemic begun. It brought together more than 20 Fellows from across the region, from a wide range of years between 1972 and 2020.

Organiser Christine Hunter (CF 2014) said, “It was wonderful to network with local Fellows, along with lovely food and a very interesting talk from Lord Bew.”
