EDI and accessibility

Accessing support for your application

We want the application process to be as accessible as possible. If it is inaccessible to you at any stage, please get in touch with us to discuss how we can help. For example, you could apply offline, work with a scribe, or submit an audio file. The support we offer can vary and we will be guided by what you tell us you need. We recommend you get in touch with us well before the deadline so we have time to put the best support we can in place.

You can email applications@churchillfellowship.org or call us on 020 4591 2419.

Using AI

You can use AI to help you apply but we recommend you do so cautiously. AI tools often produce generic content, and your application will be assessed on the strength of your specific idea and on your potential as an individual.

Accessing support as a Fellow

If you are successful in your application and have access needs, we will work with you to make sure your Fellowship is possible. For example, by supporting the costs of a personal assistant or a BSL interpreter. The support we offer can vary and we will be guided by what you tell us you need. Fellowships can be carried out in person, online, or a mix of the two.

You can see the variety of support that we offer to help you make the most of your Fellowship on our website.

Your feedback

We are learning all the time about how we can make our application process accessible. We welcome feedback and ideas. Please email applications@churchillfellowship.org.
