Biography
I am a personal and professional transformative coach, providing work strategies to match how my clients think – 'live your potential, work at your best'. I have extensive experience of working in the area of neurodiversity.
My Fellowship was about the transformational power of music to build community. I learned how to deepen and increase awareness of sound and movement as a creative catalyst for community building, capacity building, interpersonal connection and transformation.
I have been interested, from very early years, in the experience of 'living in the margins', in the deeper levels of communication, and in cross-cultural and cross-societal respect and diversity. My Fellowship resulted in a coaching methodology combined with creative aspects of sound awareness, movement and non-verbal communication, and reflective enquiry.
I am a facilitator of personal transformation and development workshops for businesses and charities, in topics ranging from long-term visioning, meaning and purpose, work–life balance and marketing, to death and dying. I also facilitate multigenerational 'moving sound' sessions for families and community, from young children through to elders.
