Biography

I am an international judo athlete for Team GB and I have taken part in many world-class competitions. I am four times World judo champion, 15 times British champion, four times European silver champion. l live and work in France.

I am an international judo coach with athletes who prepare for world-class events – European, World and Olympic Games – and l own a gym in France (ProHiit). l am part of a new sports concept, Powerwave, which is a new method of training in a short time (only 20 minutes a day with a full-body cross-training workout). I am also part of a group that builds high-class gyms from A to Z – from architecture to decoration, to new concept management and the opening of the gym.

My Fellowship gave me a good look at the difference between English and French sports – at that moment judo, which is my sport. It showed me the way to extend the different ways of participating in sport in many countries. We can do the same sport and pass on new methods to everyone around the world. I am very proud to be part of such an honourable Fellowship and l am very proud to be British.
