Developing partnerships between independent and state schools
I have worked at Millfield School in Somerset since 2012 as the registrar in charge of admissions, a fascinating role in the largest co-ed 13-18 boarding school in the UK. With a diverse and international intake of students, overseas travel has featured as part of my job and the experiences from my 2005 Fellowship have helped me develop relationships in the UK and abroad. As independent and state school partnerships continue to be promoted across the country, my Fellowship topic seems as relevant today as it was in 2005.
