Biography
I am an instructor at Bellevue College, Washington State, USA. In addition to other subjects, I am responsible for two series on Sir Winston Churchill, entitled Churchill: Leadership during Adversity, and Churchill: the Myth and the Man.
My 1989 Fellowship focused on marketing. At that time I was a serving UK police supervisor and wanted to learn the philosophy of marketing, approach and delivery that was so successful in the USA, and apply this to crime reduction programmes in the UK. Subsequently, I shared my learning with a worldwide audience and was invited to speak at conferences and events throughout the USA, Canada, Europe, the UK, South Africa and Australia.
I continue to address audiences in North America and promote the Fellowship in presentations, lectures and through personal contacts. The amount of interest in the USA never decreases, as Sir Winston Churchill is quoted several times daily in newspapers and the media.
My Fellowship continues to stimulate me and I continue to be surprised by the requests for information from individuals and organisations.
