Biography

I began painting full time in 2004 in my studio in Edinburgh, after a career in government and then the Church. Since then I have exhibited widely in galleries throughout Scotland and have work in private collections in the UK and overseas.

I have recently had another studio built in the garden of my home in Weem, Aberfeldy, in Perthshire, from where much of my inspiration comes. I paint landscapes and still life in acrylic and watercolour.

My work has been shown by the Royal Scottish Academy of Artists and Architecture (RSA) and the Royal Scottish Society of Artists in Watercolour (RSW).
