Biography
As I was born in the middle of the London Blitz, you can imagine that I retired some years ago. In the years following my Fellowship in British heritage in 1994, I gave about 150 talks to groups in the Cheshire and Manchester areas, and a few further afield, about my journey to Australia and the Fellowship.
The Fellowship remains one of the highlights of my life. It was a wonderful opportunity and responsibility.
