Biography

I am the Artistic Director and Founder of Reading Rep Theatre. I have directed numerous productions for Reading Rep including Waiting for Godot, Miss Julie, A Little History of the World (a co-production with The Watermill) and Every You Every Me (a co-production with Oxford Playhouse).

I founded Reading Rep Theatre in 2012 with a £500 overdraft. Reading Rep's work has toured regionally and nationally and won multiple awards. I recently led Reading Rep's £1 million capital campaign to open Reading's first and only professional producing theatre.

I am a Teach First ambassador and a graduate of Harvard University.
