Biography

Until recently, I was running Scotland's exemplar green hospitality business on the west coast of Scotland, with minimal environmental footprint, whilst leading, coaching and inspiring others as a sea kayak guide and coach. This was both an opportunity and a responsibility – the seed for which was sown through my Fellowship way back in 1986.

Caring for and sharing the natural wonders of the natural world also informs my career as a business development consultant and I'm particularly keen to share my story to help the hospitality sector, amongst others, to become more sustainable for our collective benefit.

The drive to share my journey, and help others protect the environment for future generations, has an equally high priority in my life, and so I regularly support conferences and speak at events to share my story and inspire others.
