Biography
I am now 89 years old, so long retired. I was lucky enough to run a 2,500-acre farm in the West Midlands for 25 years.
My Fellowship was concerned with the nutrition of dairy cows, and was spent in the United States. Most of what I learnt on that visit is sadly now years out of date.
Following my Fellowship, I gave talks to small groups of interested people about the United States, with a view to improving the understanding between our two countries (I have two American brothers-in-law).
I am now working with Bill Nicholson (another Fellow) to try to resurrect the south-west group of Fellows.
