Professor Bryce Evans (CF 2014) has written a book entitled Feeding The People In Wartime Britain, which was published this month. The book draws upon Bryce’s Fellowship research, which explored social eating in Peru.
Cobnut grower Tom Cannon (CF 2019) appeared on BBC Two’s Marcus Wareing's Tales from a Kitchen Garden show on 11 March. As a result of his Fellowship, he has begun establishing a nut tree nursery and has provided Marcus with trees.
